FGP230 / Compact differential pressure transmitter

Small pressure differences. Clear machine feedback.

A compact piezoresistive transmitter for measuring differential pressure across filters, air systems, neutral-gas circuits, and compatible liquid processes.

Unbranded FGP230 compact differential pressure transmitter with opposing threaded pressure ports
Minimum range
10 mbar
Best accuracy
±0.075% FS
Signal options
4–20 mA / voltage
Protection
IP65 / IP67

Compact differential measurement

Resolve the pressure change before it becomes a process problem.

The FGP230 converts the difference between its high- and low-pressure ports into a stable control signal for PLCs, building controls, and monitoring systems.

01

Low-range sensitivity

Piezoresistive sensing supports differential ranges down to 10 mbar for filter loading, air movement, cleanroom pressure, and other small-pressure applications.

02

Stainless construction

A welded stainless housing and 316L isolated diaphragm support durable service with air, neutral gases, and compatible non-corrosive liquids.

03

Field-adjustable calibration

External zero and full-scale adjustment allows installation trimming without disassembling the transmitter housing.

04

Control-ready outputs

Choose two-wire 4–20 mA or three-wire voltage output to match the PLC, building control, or data-acquisition input.

Technical specification

Select the right configuration.

Published values represent the available FGP230 platform. Final range, accuracy, static-pressure limits, media compatibility, connection, and approvals should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Configuration paths

Built around the machine, not a shelf number.

Differential range

Select full scale so the normal operating differential uses roughly 60–80% of the range while retaining margin for transients.

Port geometry

Match both high- and low-pressure ports to tubing, manifolds, or direct process connections and confirm sealing method.

Signal and connector

Choose 4–20 mA or voltage feedback with DIN, M12, or cable termination around the control hardware and enclosure rating.

Media and materials

Confirm air, neutral gas, or liquid compatibility and select the housing, diaphragm, and sealing materials for the process.

The 2088 display housing is limited to 4–20 mA output in the supplied matrix.

Accuracy, approvals, special ranges, and cable length are confirmed separately during application review.

Application fit

Differential feedback for air, filtration, and process systems.

Use the high- and low-pressure ports to monitor restriction, airflow, vessel level, or the pressure relationship between two points in a system.
