Multiple sensing elements
Configure Pt100, Cu50, or common K, E, J, and T thermocouple elements around the temperature range, response, and control-system requirements.
FGP100 / Industrial temperature transmitter
A configurable industrial temperature-transmitter platform combining RTD or thermocouple sensing with standard current and voltage outputs for PLCs, controls, and monitoring systems.

Probe, transmitter, and signal in one assembly
The FGP100 converts an RTD or thermocouple measurement into a stable industrial signal while offering probe, process-connection, and electrical-connection choices for different equipment layouts.
01
Configure Pt100, Cu50, or common K, E, J, and T thermocouple elements around the temperature range, response, and control-system requirements.
02
Choose two-wire 4–20 mA or three-wire voltage output for PLC inputs, remote displays, data acquisition, and machine controls.
03
Threaded, sanitary, compact, and extended-probe constructions support tanks, piping, equipment housings, and OEM machine installations.
04
A stainless-steel wetted assembly, armored construction options, and IP67 protection support vibration, pressure, and demanding plant environments.
Technical specification
Published values represent the available FGP100 platform. Final sensing element, range, probe geometry, process connection, output, and media compatibility should be confirmed for the selected configuration.
Configuration paths
Select Pt100, Cu50, or thermocouple input around temperature span, accuracy, response, and the receiving control hardware.
Define diameter, insertion length, sheath construction, and tip style around the process and required response time.
Choose threaded, sanitary, or application-specific mounting to fit tanks, lines, housings, and OEM equipment.
Match current or voltage output and electrical termination to the controller, cable routing, and enclosure requirements.

Application fit
Use the FGP100 to provide continuous temperature feedback for fluid systems, rotating equipment, heated processes, and OEM machinery where the control system needs a dependable electrical signal.
